Most home buyers do not realize that the
buyers agents paycheck actually is generated through a co-op agreement
paid out by the Listing broker for procuring a ready and willing buyer.
This is spelled out in the "Exclusive
Buyer Agency Agreement" which a home buyer would sign upon selecting an agent to
represent them as a Buyers Agent in any real estate transaction.

This guarantees two things;
The buyer has an agent that will oversee and
negotiate the buyers best interests in a judiciary, ethical and professional
manner.
The buyers agent receives a
paycheck for services rendered to buyer, paid out by the sellers Broker through
means of a buyers agent fee split.

This agreement also addresses;
Amount of additional retainer fee's: Pamela and Nicholas
waive such for all of our buying clients.
Brokers Administrative fee: Pamela and Nicholas
pay such for buyers on two sided (buying and selling through them)
transactions.
Buyer maintains agent representation throughout entire

Use a Buyer's Agent
